Order Tracking

1. Signed-in account

Go to My Orders to see all orders, processing status, tracking numbers and update history.

2. Look up by order code

If you ordered as a guest, use the order code from your confirmation email together with the phone number used to order.

3. Order statuses

• Awaiting payment – order created, payment not yet recorded.
• Processing / Printing – preparing goods or 3D printing.
• Shipping – handed to the carrier.
• Completed – delivered successfully.
• Cancelled / Refunded – see the reason in the order detail.
