Return Policy

1. Return window

Within 7 days of receiving the goods for in-stock products.

2. Conditions

• Product unused, with intact seals, labels and packaging.
• Invoice or order code available.
• Manufacturer defect, wrong or missing item, or transit damage.

3. Exclusions

Custom 3D-printed items are non-returnable unless there is a technical print defect. Clearance items, used goods, and user-caused damage are excluded.

4. Process

Contact [email protected] or 0777203042 with your order code and photos. After confirmation we guide the return and process a replacement or refund within 3–7 business days of receiving the item back.

5. Fees

If the fault is ours, Alio covers return shipping. For personal-reason returns, the customer pays round-trip shipping.
