1. Coverage

We ship nationwide through carrier partners. Same-day delivery may be available in some inner-city areas.

2. Processing time

In-stock orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Orders with 3D printing start after the model is approved and paid; print time depends on size and material, usually 2–7 business days.

3. Transit time

Within province: 1–2 days. Inter-province: 2–5 days. Remote areas may take longer.

4. Shipping fees

Fees are based on weight, dimensions and destination, shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.

5. Receiving and inspection

Please inspect the parcel on delivery. If there is transit damage, refuse the parcel or take photos and contact 0777203042 within 48 hours.
