Payment Policy

1. Payment methods

  • Bank transfer / bank QR.
  • Online payment gateway (domestic cards, e-wallets).
  • Cash on delivery (COD) for selected areas and order values.

2. Currency

Transactions are settled in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Prices shown in foreign currency, if any, are indicative only.

3. Payment confirmation

Orders are processed once payment is recorded as successful. For 3D printing orders, printing starts after payment and model approval.

4. Transaction security

Payments are handled by a compliant payment gateway; Alio does not store full card numbers. All connections use HTTPS.

5. Invoices

Invoices are issued on request; please provide billing details at checkout or right after payment.
